This is a new courtesy service we are offering to our patients to help in booking, cancelling or moving an appointment. If you are busy during the day and find it easy to overlook calling us why not give this simple service a go. We will then get in touch with you as soon as we possibly can. The emails will be checked every hour during the day, and requests made outside office hours will be handled before 11am the following morning.

A friendly reminder

As we have to be considerate to all our patients and booking slots can be difficult to obtain please bear in mind that if you email us to cancel or rearrange an appointment with less than 24 hours notice our normal conditions apply and a cancellation fee will still be charged.
